8/29/10 Boise, ID - Boise State got their season back on track with a win over the visiting LSU Tigers. While it didn't prove to be an easy win since it went into overtime, the Broncos won none-the-less.
8/29/10 Columbus, OH - Even with the home crowd keeping Ohio Stadium rocking with noise, it wasn't enough to help the Buckeyes to a victory. Nebraska ended up winning this one 7-3 and remains unbeaten in NCAA play.
8/29/10 Athens, GA - Georgia remains defeated as they lose at home to rival Tennessee who is also a team in search of an upside. Despite their 2-1 record the Volunteers may not make a bowl at season's end.
8/29/10 Los Angeles, CA - What a close game, one where UCLA could have upset #1 Iowa but instead elected to go for 2 points and a win rather than 1 and continue overtime.
8/29/10 Minneapolis, MN - Syrcuse was able to garner its first win this past weekend against the Golden Gophers of Minnesota. This is very possibly a preview of a lower bowl game.
8/29/10 Eugene, OR - The best game of the week was a battle of the unbeatens with Notre Dame being the team that came out alive. The Irish won the game 38-21 in what proved to be a great game.
